- HIGH QUALITY INSULATION: SGM Blue is a soundproofing and heat-insulating mat composed of a layer of foamed polyethylene and a powerful butyl rubber mastic adhesive layer. The material provides excellent soundproofing, heat insulation and vibration absorbing features. The product has been developed for use in all parts of the vehicle.
- BLOCKS HEAT AND SOUND: Blocks most of radiant heat and noise. SGM Blue is a highly adaptable insulating material with strong thermal barrier capabilities that will block engine, exhaust, and summer heat. SGM Blue can be used as a stand-alone material or as a second layer on top of a sound deadening mat. When used as a second layer, it creates a 3-layer vibration-damping structure: sealant-foil-sealant.
- WATERPROOF AND LIGHTWEIGHT: SGM Blue is a watertight, light-weight thermal deadener made of extremely compressible closed cell foam that does not absorb moisture and has no odor. The material can be used in all wet areas, such as: arches, interior floor, trunk floor and doors. The mastic layer's unique composition prevents the development of corrosive processes.
- EASY TO INSTALL: The material is extremely flexible, making it simple to apply with or without a roller, even on very embossed surfaces.
- FLAWLESS REPUTATION: Installed on over 80,000 vehicles worldwide. Shows high efficiency throughout the entire lifetime of the car. Nominal thickness: 200 mil (6 mm).
