The Lancer Harness MVU Solenoid is the electrical wiring bus responsible for transmitting logic signals and low-voltage power between the main control PCB and the dispensing solenoids. It features high-strand copper wiring and reinforced connectors to resist the vibration and humidity common in dispenser cabinets.
Problem Solved: Eliminates unreliable connectivity and solves intermittent sensor or valve firing errors caused by signal continuity loss. Replaces harnesses with 'wicking' damage where syrup has corroded the internal copper traces.
Symptoms of Failure: Dispensing valves firing randomly ('ghosting'), flavor selection buttons not responding, or display lighting flickering during the dispensing cycle.
