This APEC polishing carbon filter is an exceptional value for general applications where long life, high purity and low change-out frequency are required. This filter can be used in icemakers, refrigerators, beverage equipment, drinking fountains, under the counter systems, ro systems and in conjunction with purification systems. Cap and body are spin-welded together producing a smooth, consistent seal without the use of glues or binders that can cause contamination. The threaded connections are precision cut by machine resulting in the most accurate and repeatable thread possible. Composed of acid-washed carbon media, this apec water filter is designed for maximum chlorine, taste & odor reduction.
